Rebecca Ross Rebecca is the Owner and Manager of White Lily Teas. She is an Herbalist and Massage Therapist specializing in your individual health care needs. This experience has spanned 4 states and nearly 10 years combined. Her love of nature and the plant world began as a small child and has taken her through owning The Magic Garden, a landscaping company in California to an internship at Misty Meadows in Lee NH, to opening White Lily Teas in July, 2007. She loves to custom blend herbal remedies for her clients and especially loves the smiles on their faces when they feel better. Her massage career began in San Francisco CA and her specialty is Chronic Pain Management where she uses techniques like Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue and plenty of stretches! She also enjoys Hot Stone, Pregnancy, Relaxation and Chair Massage. In her spare time(??) she enjoys woodland hikes with her husband and dogs, laughing with family and friends, sipping a good cup of tea, but mostly spending time in the dirt of her garden. |

Trudy Robinson Trudy is a cashier and Tea Temptress. Trudy is doing two of her favorite things here at White Lily Teas, meeting and talking with new people and learning about quality products. She's the girl with the phone on her hip while sipping on a mug of White Pomegranate Tea or Green Yerba Mate! In between this she makes jewelry, writes poetry and braids lovely locks! |

Laurel Beaton, CYT Pathways Yoga Systems Laurel has been teaching in the Exeter community for over 7 years. She is currently teaching classes through the Exeter Adult Education enrichment program and Exeter Parks and Rec Department. She has taught classes through Main Street and Lincoln Street Schools and has volunteered at the Exeter meals on Wheels teaching Yoga to seniors. She is a 200 hour certified teacher through Pathways Yoga Systems; a Yoga Alliance accredited school and is currently working on her 500 RYT. Jim started his personal Tai Chi practice in 1997 and continues as a student and teacher. In 1998, he traveled to Nepal, Tibet, and China for three weeks to study healing practices and Tai Chi. He started teaching in 2005 after retiring from the corporate world. He has been teaching at senior centers in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. His goal is to share this knowledge with others and have them feel the same benefits that he has received from Tai Chi and Yoga. He is also a certified instructor of Integral Yoga®.
